Returns and refunds at Arab online stores
Last reviewed · CouponRise review desk
Most stores give you 7 to 30 days to return, provided the item is unused with tags, and usually exclude opened beauty, underwear and some sale items.
Usually not returnable
- Beauty and fragrance once opened.
- Underwear, swimwear and socks.
- Some sale items or those bought on a special offer.
- Opened electronics unless faulty.
Where the money goes
- Card or instalments: back to the same method within days.
- Cash on delivery: often credit in the store wallet, and some stores keep the COD fee.
- Promo discounts: if you return part of a discounted order, the discount may be recalculated on the rest.
Tip
Keep the security tag and labels on until you decide; some stores deduct from the refund if they are missing. Each store’s window is in the return windows table.
