Most stores give you 7 to 30 days to return, provided the item is unused with tags, and usually exclude opened beauty, underwear and some sale items.

## Usually not returnable

- Beauty and fragrance once opened.

- Underwear, swimwear and socks.

- Some sale items or those bought on a special offer.

- Opened electronics unless faulty.

## Where the money goes

- **Card or instalments:** back to the same method within days.

- **Cash on delivery:** often credit in the store wallet, and some stores keep the COD fee.

- **Promo discounts:** if you return part of a discounted order, the discount may be recalculated on the rest.

## Tip

Keep the security tag and labels on until you decide; some stores deduct from the refund if they are missing. Each store’s window is in the [return windows](https://couponrise.com/en/insights/returns/) table.
